After a long time….

We all know that computer usage emits carbon dioxide and radiation that greatly contributes to the global warming. When we perform online activities using, it’s not only our own computer that is using energy, but online searches itself too. Because we live in so called technological world, we are fond of browsing the net without knowing that behind the pleasure it gives, it uses enormous amount of energy. That in every typical search we do online consumes a great deal of power. These days, yahoo and Google are the most widely and commonly used search engines.

To sum it all, our group wants to find out which of the two consumes a great deal of power and some factors that contributes in increasing the amount of energy used when performing a simple online search.

Sad Sad Sad Sad if we won't try, nothing will happen right??open for your suggestion guys...

As I notice the topic you present is a comparison of two browser then my concern is that since this is a technical base research where we may able to implement a simple implementation that could represent the said topic. So I expected that you may able to create a software or something, what does technical base you want to make?
Second, is there any green computing involve in this topic and what is that?

comment pud mo sa amoa..jejeje tc
