Can any one explain the process of power plant conversation.

I was talking to a friend of mine regarding the rising cost of energy and we thought of an idea.

All the working folk who have dogs that sit around all day alone with no exercise or stimulation can make this happen.

We call it, the Puppy Power Plant. People would drop their dogs off at the plant on their way to work and the dogs would have little stations, like a treadmill or a pull thingy. Each station would generate power for the city and lower the cost of energy bills.

Another benefit would be the people who have their formerly unexercised dogs would be able to come home to a dog who had a great day of work and calm energy levels.
