Sensor Detector


We all know that every facilities requires an electricity to power on in order for them to manipulate all the infrastructure. For example in Institute of Computing (Nodal) building which we
are too familiar since we belong in this institution. In order for a student to used the computers they must turn on/off manually the computer. And as we notice its up to them how many hours they consume using the computer, as long as their account are accessible to used; they keep on using it until the student assistant told them to stop because there are class to be done. Also there are some computer in nodal turn on although there are no one using it which cause a lot of waste in term of electricity.

Now our concern is to minimize the electricity consumed in a certain building were we may able to create a program that could simulate the flow of minimizing the electricity consume. By detecting in a particular building if there are people around and if there are not automatically the electricity will slowly turn off one by one.

Expected Output:

How will we do this? By putting sensor in entrance and exit of a modeled building, counting people going in and going out. If the program detect that the entrance counter sensor and the exit counter sensor are equal then it treat that there are no people around. Automatically, the electricity of that building will turn off.

Objective:

- To create a program that could simulate the flow of minimizing the elctricity consume.
- To detect in a certain building if there are no people around through sensor detector.

What if the building has only one door for entrance and exit?

Like the IC laboratories (lab1 and nodal), which has the same door for entrance and exit how will the sensor recognize if it is counted as "going inside" or "going outside"?

And what if two people went inside at the same time, as in sabay jud silag sulod, will the sensor recognize that it is counted as two?

Now we come up into a solution that could solve the question stated by Ms. ymrebmomville .
As what Ms. ymrebmomville thrown the question, (1) she is concerned about the scenario into Nodal where there is only one door so students going in and out are coming from one main door. (2) She is concerned also about what if the time for going in and out is they same, the counter will treat it as one or what? Well my solution for this are,( see figure 1 and figure 2).

Output:
0 = no student enter/exit.
1 = their is a student enter/exit.
Result: if sensor A and sensor B detect both 0 therefore there is no student enter/exit.
If one of the sensor detect 1 there is a student enter/exit.

The student should follow the pattern which involve alloy metal( picture 1) so for this solution the student going in and out will minimize, the tendency that the time for going in/out will neglect because they must pass the alloy metal (picture 1) in order for them to go on. I arrived in this solution when I passed into the glossary store of Victoria Plaza which they implemented. So for us this is the best way to answered the question of what Ms. ymrebmomville is concerned.

Though your other topic was already approved by Sir Gamboa, congratulations anyways, I would like to ask some further explanation about (this) your proposed research.
The idea is indeed really good.Since it goes along with our theme; Green Computing, in a way that it could somehow minimize the consumption of electricity. However I would like to consider this thought, what if there were 5 students entered the computer laboratory(or for an ex. the nodal). And if ever, just "if ever" lang ha? 3 of those students went outside. And never came back for they have classes or other things to do. And for about 5 hours no one will use the other 4 units. Could you also give some solution/s to this dilemma?
It may be somehow a small problem, yet, since one of your objectives:
To create a program that could simulate the flow of minimizing the electricity consume
my opinion could somehow connect to your intentions. hehe Laughing
