There are two diagrams shown in the pre-enrollment process, the old students and applicants (new students). Thus, it is enhanced version of use case for this process. Modeled with activity diagram.

For Old Students:

As you can see the diagram above, three major actors and their roles are involved in this process.
The event action is given when the student gets grades from the instructor. The instructor receives grades to the student through passbook.

For Applicants (new students):

Also, in diagram above, 6 major actors and their roles for the process. The end process happens on the chosen college.
The Signal Action given after the process (EBP, Interview and Medical Exam) has a item received from these task (like certificates and results), these are needed to complete the step.

Interview Process

Cool Cool Cool

Razz Commonly, a pre-enrollment system is divided in different processes which is impost by the organization.
Now, with the university pre-enrollment system, it has been observed that there are four major processes to take up. Namely Admission,Entrance,Medical and Interview.

The student will initially undertake the Admission process in which the student must get and fill-up the form provided by the UGTO in-charge, then pass to them the form.
After checking and assuring that the student filled-up properly the form, the UGTO in-charge will issue a payment slip for examination payment. The student now will
proceed to Cashier to lend the slip as well as the payment. The cashier in-charge will issue a receipt then this will be shown to UGTO in-charge that allows them to issue
the examination schedule for the student. After this, the Admission process is done already.

The student can now proceed to Entrance Examination Process in which the assigned examiner will check and assure the validity of the student. Then the student can now
take the exam. After the exam, the examiner asses and generate results of the exam. If the student pass the exam then the Entrance Examination is done already.

The student can now proceed to Medical Process in which the student will get and fill-up a form that will be collected as they enter the clinic.
The clinic in-charge check and assure that the form is correctly filled-up. Then the student will be check up by the University nurse.
After that, the attending nurse will generate a medical assessment. If the student is healthy. Then the Medical Process is done already.

The student now can choose a college/course and be interviewed. Each college/department has assigned teachers for the interview. After assessing the interviewee
The assigned interviewer will generate results. If the student failed, the student will repeat the Interview process in other department.
if the student pass the interview, it will be seconded by the college dean. Then, the interview process is done already. Thus, the student have just finished the entire
pre-enrollment process. study

This activity diagram describes the different processes to enroll in the university.

In order to admit in the university, the applicant should first take the USEPAT exam and above are the steps for scheduling.

After scheduling, entrance examination is to be done to know if the applicant is qualifies to enroll in the university or not.

This activity diagram is for the medical examination. This will takes place either during admission or during EBP.

This activity diagram is for the interview process wherein the applicant is interviewed in the department he/she preferred to enroll.

An activity diagram is a UML diagram that is used to model a process. It models the actions (or behaviors) performed by the components of a business process or IT system, the order in which the actions take place, and the conditions that coordinate the actions in a specific order. Activity diagrams use swim lanes to group actions together. Actions can be grouped by the actor performing the action or by the distinct business process or system that is performing the action.

UML 2 activity diagrams are typically used for business process modeling, for modeling the logic captured by a single use case or usage scenario, or for modeling the detailed logic of a business rule. Although UML activity diagrams could potentially model the internal logic of a complex operation it would be far better to simply rewrite the operation so that it is simple enough that you don’t require an activity diagram. In many ways UML activity diagrams are the object-oriented equivalent of flow charts and data flow diagrams (DFDs) from structured development (Scott W. Ambler, UML 2 Activity Diagrams, Agile Modeling).

Wikipedia defines activity diagrams as graphical representations of workflows of stepwise activities and actions with support for choice, iteration and concurrency.[1] In the Unified Modeling Language, activity diagrams can be used to describe the business and operational step-by-step workflows of components in a system. An activity diagram shows the overall flow of control.

As you see here, what I have formulated are the activity diagrams that are based on the use case model that I made from the past assignment. It's really understandable, actually. My activity diagrams are not that complicated.
